Abstract

SUMMARY Peripheral neuropathy, following total hip arthroplasty, has a reported incidence of 0.7%.¹ However, delayed sciatic nerve palsy has only been reported twice in the literature.²,³ We report on two further cases, both of whom developed clinical sciatic nerve palsy at 72 hours after surgery.
