Abstract

In bonded composite repair of aircraft structures, the damage of the adhesive can thus reduce significantly the efficiency and the durability of the bonded composite repair. The adhesive damage models using critical zone have proven their effectiveness due to simplicity and ap-plicability of the damage criteria in these models. The scope of this study is to analyze the effects of the patch thickness and the adhesive thickness on the damage damage in bonded composite repair of aircraft structures by using modified damage zone theory. 复合材料与金属粘接物间的粘接损伤分析:在飞机结构修复中的应用
在飞机结构的粘接复合修复中,胶粘剂的损伤会显著降低粘接复合修复的效率和耐久性。基于临界区域的粘接损伤模型具有简单、适用的特点。本文的研究范围是运用修正损伤区理论,分析粘接复合材料修复中贴片厚度和胶粘剂厚度对飞机结构损伤损伤的影响。结果表明:随着胶粘剂厚度的增加,胶粘剂的损伤区域增大,胶粘剂失去刚度;反之,当胶粘剂厚度减小时,胶粘剂的损伤更加明显。
