Finally, the theoretical and experimental results were compared. The research showed: (1) The theoretical results of the multi-tooth load distribution ratio were in good agreement with that of the experimental results, the maximum error between the theoretical value and the experimental value of the three-tooth joint was 17.44%, and the minimum error was only 2.35%; (2) The load distribution ratio of composite pre-tightened multi-tooth was uneven, for three-tooth joints, the values of load distribution ratio from large to small were: the first tooth, the third tooth and the second tooth.; (3) Multi-tooth load distribution ratio changed with the change of external load. 基于剪切非线性的复合材料预紧齿连接载荷分配比研究
载荷分布对复合材料预紧多齿连接的力学性能影响很大。为获得复合材料预紧多齿接头的载荷分布机理,采用实验和理论方法对多齿接头进行了研究。首先,对不同齿深和齿长的三齿试件进行了试验研究,获得了试件的破坏模式、承载能力和载荷分布机理。然后,基于层间剪切的非线性本构,建立了复合材料预紧多齿接头的载荷分布解析模型,研究了多齿接头的载荷分布机理。最后,对理论和实验结果进行了比较。研究表明:(1)多齿载荷分配比的理论计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,三齿关节的理论值与实验值最大误差为17.44%,最小误差仅为2.35%;(2)复合预紧多齿载荷分配比不均匀,对于三齿关节,载荷分配比由大到小依次为:第一齿、第三齿、第二齿;(3)多齿载荷分配比随外载荷的变化而变化。加载前期荷载分配比变化明显,加载后期荷载分配比变化趋于平缓。
