Thus, the useable sample size was reduced to 150 and the response rate reduced to 88%. The data collected were analysed using percentages. The study revealed amongst others the key success factors of BPR. Abstract

The focus of this study was to examine the business process reengineering (BPR) and Nigerian private sector organisational change management. The relevant literature was reviewed.
