However, despite its inception in 2003, the subsequent research has been suffering from varying degrees of discrepancy in empirical results, conceptualisations, and measurements. This study starts with an integrative literature review of CQ conceptualisations and measurements. Later, it conducts a fixed effect meta-analysis for a decade of empirical findings.
