Digitalisation processes are gaining importance in industry, transport, agriculture and e-commerce. The role of the state in the national economies digitalisation is growing. The state plays a special role in educational, healthcare and social digitalisation. The economy digitalisation processes acceleration and deepening are taking place in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a change in the role of government in the economy and policy implications for economy digitalisation in East Europe and Kazakhstan.
