Method: Quantitative, transversal, and analytical study through the web-based survey with 384 elderly from the city of Lima - Peru between April and August 2021. The instruments of demographic profile, Perceived Stress Scale, and self-reported symptoms were used for the study. The Multiple logistic regression was used, considering the significance level of 5%. Results: 62% were women, and the age ranged between 60 and 95 years with a mean of 70.5. The stress average was 26.8 points. Stress was associated with fear of relatives dying and concern for the elderly. Abstract

COVID-19大流行背景下老年人的压力及其相关因素
【摘要】目的:了解新冠肺炎大流行背景下利马市老年人的压力状况及其与人口因素、信息流行病、身体和心理症状以及非法药物使用的关系。方法:于2021年4月至8月对秘鲁利马市384名老年人进行网络调查,进行定量、横向和分析研究。本研究采用人口统计学、感知压力量表和自我报告症状等工具。采用多元逻辑回归,考虑显著性水平为5%。结果:62%为女性,年龄60 ~ 95岁,平均70.5岁。压力平均值为26.8分。压力与对亲人死亡的恐惧和对老年人的担忧有关。结论:对受过培训的卫生专业人员来说,识别老年人情绪变化并制定个性化护理计划是很重要的。
