Methods: Twenty-seven women were submitted to incisional biopsy for histopathological diagnosis of breast carcinoma and undertaken to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). It was studied the association of HIF-1α with age, tumoral size, histological grade, clinical stage, hormonal and axillary status, clinical and pathological response after NACT, expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors, as well as the presence of cerbB2 antigen. Results: HIF-1α ́s expression was found in 66.7% of patients. Only axillary status was the associated factor with its presence (p=0.02), and remained after univariate analysis. The others did not present any significant statistically difference. ____________________________________________________________________ 布里托,L.G.O.免疫组织化学表达在局部晚期乳腺癌患者低氧诱导因子1α。2010. 硕士论文- ribebe o Preto医学院,圣保罗大学,ribebe o Preto, 2010。目的:探讨局部晚期乳腺癌(LABC)患者HIF-1α的表达及其相关变量。方法:对27例乳腺癌患者行切口活检进行组织病理学诊断并行新辅助化疗(NACT)。研究HIF-1α与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、临床分期、激素和腋窝状态、NACT后临床和病理反应、雌激素和孕激素受体表达以及cerbB2抗原存在的关系。结果:HIF-1α α s在66.7%的患者中表达。只有腋窝状态是其存在的相关因素(p=0.02),单因素分析后仍然存在。其他组没有明显的统计学差异。结论:LABC患者腋窝状态与HIF-1α α s表达有显著的统计学相关性。
