Abstract

Basing on the theory of data envelopment analysis, the super-efficiency DEA model is set up. This model is used to evaluate efficiency on equipment shared by many universities in Tianjin. It explores the database of many universities and puts forward the suggestion to improve the efficiency of equipment shared by universities at present.
