Abstract

In order to improve the thrust density and efficiency of linear induction motors (LIMs) in large load transport situations, a cross-shaped LIM (CSLIM) structure is proposed in this article. The equivalent circuit of CSLIM is built. Based on that, the electromagnetic thrust expressions are deduced, and the expressions for parameters of equivalent circuits are given. The relationship between the coupling characteristics of the secondary inductive eddy current and the condition of the motor is analyzed. Finally, the simulation results verify the validity and superiority of the proposed analysis.

十字形直线感应电动机的等效电路及性能研究
