Abstract

Experiments were carried out to investigate the magnetic and physical properties of (Sm 1-x Nd x ) 2 (Fe 0.8 Co 0.2 ) 17 N y (x=0 to 0.5) in which the value of y is 3. The anisotropy field (H A ) in (Sm 1-x Nd x ) 2 (Fe 0.8 Co 0.2 ) 17 N y compounds decreased linearly with increasing x, while the saturation magnetization (J s ) increased. It was found that the H A and J s of a (Sm 0.9 Nd 0.1 ) 2 (Fe 0.8 Co 0.2 ) 17 N 3.07 compound were 10.4 MA/m and 193.6×10 -6 Wb-m/kg respectively. Anisotropic epoxy-bonded magnets were prepared from (Sm 0.9 Nd 0.1 ) 2 (Fe 0.8 Co 0.2 ) 17 N 3.07 powder with particle size ranging from 3 to 5 μm by a compression molding process. The magnetic properties of a typical bonded magnet were (BH) max =101.8 kJ/m 3 , J r =0.89 T, H cJ =394 kA/m, and H cB =314 kA/m. Magnetization jumps were observed on the hysteresis loop of a bonded magnet at 7K.

实验研究了y值为3的(Sm1-xNdx)2(Fe0.8Co0.2)17Ny(x=0至0.5)的磁性和物理性质。 结果表明,a(Sm0.9Nd0.1)2(Fe0.8Co0.2)17N3.07化合物的HA和Js分别为10.4MA/m和193.6×10-6Wb-m/kg。
