Several studies suggest that high frequency ultrasound (HUS) is an economical, useful and non-invasive diagnostic tool to determine the nature and type of material and to identify the injection site and quantity of injected filler. Abstract
Currently injectable materials are popular for facial rejuvenation and soft tissue augmentation.
