The variables to be studied were, demographic variables, the etiology and anatomical location of the fracture, postsurgical complications, re-intervention and hospital stay. Results: We included 279 patients, male/female 238/41, average age 34.3 years. The most common etiology was aggression (48.7 %). The most frequent location was mandible (44.3 %). Of the total, 10.4 % presented postoperative complications, of which 5.8 % were related to osteosynthesis material and 4.6 % were general and average hospital stay was 12 days. Conclusion: In conclusion, our study presented results similar to those reported in the literature.
