Abstract
This article aims to discuss how an Administrator should use the information he or she collects from newspapers and magazines. It also discusses the so called impartiality by journalists or publishers, claiming that all media vehicles have their interests, therefore the reader should be aware of these interests in order to select the most trustworthy data. To reach its purposes an interview, books, news and articles were used. Our results showed that the media is not impartial when publishing their news; consequently an administrator must filter the information received. It may be easier for an experienced and connected businessperson to make safer decisions.
