Abstract
. In this paper, we define the generalized q -Ces`aro matrix by using generalized Ces`aro matrix and q -Ces`aro matrix. We investigate normality, self-adjointedness and Hilbert-Schmidt properties of generalized q -Ces`aro matrices.
