The aim was to contribute to building a training program, focusing on the teachers’ reality, especially the complexity and lack of results dissemination in this area. We established the following overall objective: to see how teachers develop their skills and relate which skills are essential and the most important for performing academic duties. The methodology consisted of a quantitative survey using a questionnaire, with a descriptive character. Abstract
