Abstract
This research investigated how graduate companies from incubators establish their knowledge sharing processes to achieve organizational innovativeness. As data collection techniques, individual in-depth interviews, non-participation observation and secondary sources were used. For this purpose, we investigated four graduated companies in an incubator in Caxias do Sul - RS. Content analysis was used as analysis technique. The results indicate that knowledge sharing is not a structured process in all companies and there is a need to transform or take the opportunities it offers to innovations, through collaboration/cooperation with the incubator and other agents in its sector, and to generate competitive advantage - organizational innovativeness. Therefore, in order for this interaction between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation to be effectively established in the companies researched and other companies in the branches and characteristics similar to these - technology-based micro and small enterprises, it is suggested that they align the development of knowledge sharing means to strategic planning, which can facilitate a culture focused on innovation in this sector.
