Tendencias y proyección del ejercicio profesional

Abstract

El articulo refiere de manera general el desarrollo de enfermeria en relacion al proceso productivo en diferentes momentos historicos, en donde el concepto de la salud y la enfermedad ha sufrido diversas connotaciones y con ello la asistencia otorgada a los usuarios. Se presenta la situacion  actual de la enfermeria en donde  diversos determinantes  economico politicos sociales y culturales  han influido  de manera definitiva en el hacer y ser de la profesion. Se senala por otra parte,  el aporte de  los avances en el mundo tecnico cientifico destacando los beneficios de los modelos y teorias de enfermeria. Para el futuro cercano se enfatiza la necesidad de que enfermeria ejerza liderazgo y poder en relacion a la autonomia de la profesion.  Palabras clave:  Enfermeria, poder, liderazgo, practica Abstract The article recounts in a general way the infirmary development as regards the productive process in different historical moments, where the concept of the health and the illness has suffered diverse connotations and with it the assistance granted to the users. There appears the current situation of the infirmary where diverse determinants economic social and cultural politicians have influenced in a definitive way doing and the being of the profession. It is indicated on the other hand, the contribution of the advances in the scientific technical world emphasizing the benefits of the models and infirmary theories. For the nearby future there is emphasized the need that infirmary exercises leadership and power as regards the autonomy of the profession. Keywords:  Infirmary, power, leadership, practice.
