Abstract

In business life where it is essential to adapt day by day to the rapid changes in the world, it is necessary for individuals to determine their career paths correctly and for organizations to show continuous improvement and have employees who will provide the highest added value to their organizations and make the organization superior to reach its strategic goals. This study which is about historical development of the career system in Turkey aims to provide an evaluation to the people who want to have progress in their careers by guiding about career system for graduates of Information and Record Management.
