espanolEl articulo se propone como un punto de partida en la investigacion de las nuevas formas de representacion del poder en la literatura hispanoamericana contemporanea. En este trabajo llevaremos adelante un primer analisis de la novela Trabajos del reino de Yuri Herrera para identificar una posible continuidad con la representacion del poder que caracterizo la nueva novela historica e identificar los recursos que vinculan el lector en la interpretacion de los hechos. EnglishThe article aims to be a starting point in the analysis of the new forms of representing power in contemporary Latin American literature. In this work we will attempt to advance a preliminary analysis of the novel Trabajos del reino by Yuri Herrera with the aim of identifying a possible continuity with the forms of representing power in the nueva novela historica in order to underline the figures of speech that connect the reader to the interpretation of facts in the contemporary novel
