For this purpose, the 5th, 6th, and 7th year data of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA) was used, and the dependent variables were wages satisfaction, employment stability, working environment satisfaction, work content satisfaction, and overall job satisfaction. Demographic variables included sex, age, education level, household total asset and job characteristics variables include occupational status, industry, occupation, weekly working hours, and regularity of working hours.
