Abstract

While four per cent of employees in Germany worked from home before the covid crisis, this figure was around 30 per cent in the first lockdown in April 2020. Now working from home and mobile working are part of the everyday life of many employees. Experience has shown that many activities can also be carried out from other locations than the classic office in the company. Location-flexible work will also still be standard in some sectors after the crisis.
