Plattformen für die Fabrikplanung/Platforms as a new approach for factory planning

Abstract

Kundenorientierung und Individualität sind die Praxis in Fabrikplanungsprojekten. Die Verfehlung von Kosten- und Zeitzielen sind eine resultierende Konsequenz aufgrund des prototypischen Projektcharakters. Durch eine Studie am Werkzeugmaschinenlabor (WZL) wurde die Individualität von Fabriken in Deutschland anhand ausgewählter Fabrikmerkmale untersucht. Der Beitrag präsentiert die Ergebnisse und skizziert einen Ansatz zur Verwendung standardisierter Planungsergebnisse in der Fabrikplanung anhand von typenspezifischen Plattformen.   Customer orientation and individuality in factory planning projects are the practice nowadays. Missing cost and time targets are a resulting consequence. The WZL has conducted a study to investigate the individuality of factories in Germany by looking at selected factory characteristics. The paper presents these results and outlines an approach for the use of standardized planning results in factory planning based on type-specific platforms.
