Abstract

水分亏缺对玉米干物质积累、水分利用和生理指标的影响
在玻璃日光温室条件下,通过盆栽试验研究了不同程度水分亏缺和灌溉对玉米干物质积累、根系活力、水分利用效率(WUE)、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,水分亏缺对玉米植株生长、叶面积扩大和干物质积累具有明显的制约作用,且制约程度与水分亏缺程度密切相关。灌溉后玉米茎高和叶面积得到明显补偿。随着水分亏缺程度的增加,玉米的根冠比和根系活性均有一定程度的提高,但在严重水分亏缺情况下,水分利用效率相应降低,脯氨酸含量显著增加,但超氧化物歧化酶活性先升高后降低。灌溉后水分利用效率高于对照地,除超氧化物歧化酶活性略高于对照地外,其他指标均低于对照地。
