甘肃省粮食虚拟资源流凝集计算
随着甘肃省人口的增长和经济的发展,水土资源日益紧缺已成为不争的事实。如何缓解水资源和土地资源的压力是决策者面临的一个重大问题。本文以虚拟水和虚拟土地为概念,通过对甘肃省2005年及未来几十年不同消费水平的粮食供需情况进行分析,构建了以粮食为主体的虚拟资源流动矩阵和虚拟资源交易概要。结果表明,2005年甘肃省粮食最终产量仅能满足人均粮食消费量300公斤。为了实现丰裕的粮食消费,需要从外省或国外进口6.80×105~1.97×106吨的粮食。预测到2020年,以粮食为凝聚形式的区域间水土资源虚拟流量分别为4.23×109~6.74×109 m3和6.00×105~9.44×105 hm2。从长期来看,虚拟资源从河西走廊向甘肃中南部生态区流动的趋势不会发生明显变化。虚拟资源交易为保障甘肃省粮食安全和缓解资源短缺问题提供了新的选择。
