Abstract
Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a novel tomography imaging technique,and it can perform a real -time,high -resolution transect tomography imaging of microstructure of biological tissue. OCT has a wide application in analying microstructure of bio -tissue in vivo,diagnosing disease and observing patient etc. The measurement of primary parametes of bio -tissue using OCT is reviewed.
