Abstract
En Languedoc-Roussillon, la norme du vin de table « de masse » a cede la place a celle du vin de cepage. Cet article articule politiques publiques, strategies economiques et collectives pour en questionner le developpement hegemonique. L’analyse montre qu’il tient a la modification des instruments d’action publique sectoriels, nationaux puis communautaires, dont dependent structurellement les strategies economiques et collectives. Sur le temps long, l’instrumentation a participe a etablir un ordre qu’elle a ensuite renverse, la domination des productions et syndicats en vins de table basculant au profit de ceux en vins de cepage.

Politique européenne is a bilingual (French/English) journal, which publishes original articles in thematic or varia issues covering the entire field of European Studies (policy analysis, international relations, political sociology, political theory or political anthropology…). Each issue also includes a on-going research articles, as well as book reviews and review essays. The ambition of the journal is to constitute of the key arenas for expressing scientific controversies on European Studies. Through its thematic and varia issues, Politique européenne offers an editorial policy which allows to establish the necessary bridge between theory and practice in the study of the EU in all its dimensions.
