The addition of 15-60 mg piperine/kg body weight significantly (P<0.05) reduced eggshell weight and increased egg yolk color score. The conclusion of this experiment was that the addition of piperine at 15-45 mg/kg body weight could be used as phytogenic feed additive to improve performance, IOFC, haugh unit, and yolk color. Abstract

含胡椒碱植物性饲料添加剂的日本斗鸡产蛋量及物理品质研究
本研究的目的是确定胡椒碱作为植物性饲料添加剂对鹌鹑生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验采用完全随机设计,5个处理,4个重复,每个重复10只1周龄鹌鹑。在饲粮中分别添加浓度为0 (T0)、15 (T1)、30 (T2)、45 (T3)和60 mg/kg体重(T4)的胡椒碱,连续8周。结果表明:与其他处理相比,添加60 mg/kg体重(T4)的胡椒碱显著(P<0.05)降低了饲粮的采食量、产蛋量、产蛋量、收入/饲料成本(IOFC),并增加了水分消耗。添加15 ~ 60 mg胡椒碱/kg体重显著(P<0.05)降低了蛋壳重,提高了蛋黄颜色评分。本试验的结论是,在饲料中添加15 ~ 45 mg/kg体重的胡椒碱可作为植物性饲料添加剂,提高鸡的生产性能、IOFC、哈夫单位和蛋黄颜色。关键词:鸡蛋,饲料添加剂,植物性,胡椒碱,鹌鹑
