Methodology: This descriptive analytical study was in the hospitals of the city of Nasiriyah, Iraq from May 15, 2022 to November 1, 2022. The non-probability (purposive) sample was used and 410 nurses working in the city center hospitals were included in the study. We used a questionnaire to collect data which was analyzed with SPSS 21. Results: The association between work environment hazards and nurse performance (continuation 1) showed a strong positive relationship (when the nurse was satisfied with her environment, there was an increase in her performance).
