Abstract

COVID-19患者急性胰腺炎1例报告
导论:世界正处于COVID-19全球大流行的中期,病例量呈指数级增长,已经超过2000万。典型的症状是无症状/轻度或症状/急性呼吸道疾病和死亡。胃肠道(GI)表现常见,如稀便、恶心、腹痛。1例19岁女孩,既往无合并症,住院期间出现典型COVID-19症状,腹痛,诊断为重症胰腺炎,经相关检查排除急性胰腺炎的常见原因,胰腺炎严重,需经皮穿刺坏死物质,即使COVID检测阴性,仍延长住院时间出院。COVID-19的非典型表现随着病例量的增加而增加,应评估COVID-19患者的腹痛是否为急性胰腺炎,并进行相应的治疗,以降低发病率和死亡率
