Abstract
: We cut as an object of analysis the case of Genivaldo de Jesus Santos, tortured and murdered by federal road policemen (PRF) on May 25, 2022 in Umbaúba, Sergipe, cutting the text of police occurrence written by the police officers involved in the event, in which effects of defense of these agents resonate.
