Abstract

Human SLE sera with anti-nuclear activity were subjected to immunoadsorption with a singlestranded deoxyribonucleic acid (sDNA)-cellulose adsorbant. The antibodies were dissociated from the adsorbant with an equal-molar solution of 4 nucleotides (dAMP. dGMP, dCMP and TMP).
