These measurements have established the order of magnitude of the iron solubility and its influence on the transport properties. Abstract
Tin telluride doped with varying amounts of iron has been synthetized and analysed by electrical measurements (electrical conductivity and Hall effect), X-ray analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy.
