Abstract
On a suitable homotopy category of towers, Ho(Tow-SS), we define a homotopy inverse limit functor Holim: Ho(Tow-SS) → Ho(SS) adjoint to the inclusion Ho(SS) → Ho(Tow-SS). This result is used to relate the R, tower of a space to its R-completion.
