Abstract

超声消融联合自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗老年动脉硬化闭塞症
目的探讨超声消融联合自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗老年动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法对22例动脉硬化闭塞患者行超声消融联合自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗。经皮入路或手术入路将超声消融导管插入闭塞的动脉段。消融后,将自体骨髓单个核细胞直接注入缺血脚的骨骼肌。结果本组无并发症发生。所有患者术后静息痛均有明显改善。腿上的皮肤都变暖了。结论超声消融联合自体骨髓单个核细胞移植是治疗糖尿病足简单、安全、有效的方法。尽管其长期效果需要随访,在更多的患者中,除了截肢外,还可以找到治疗这些患者的另一种选择。
