Abstract

[Objectives] This study aimed to determine the volatile components in Santalum album linn and gradually clarify the aroma composition of S. album linn. 【目的】本研究旨在测定檀香的挥发性成分,逐步厘清檀香的香气成分。[方法]采用固相微萃取法提取香参挥发物。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其香气成分进行分析,并采用面积归一化法计算其相对含量。[结果]在室温干燥状态下,共鉴定出39种化学成分,主要为烯烃(91.15%)、烷烃(3.00%)、醇类(2.56%)、酯类(2.19%)、酮类(0.55%)、醛类(0.41%)和杂环类(0.14%)。【结论】该方法具有样品消耗少、操作简便、香气成分鉴定快速、灵敏度高的优点,可有效分离测定枳壳中挥发性成分,实现对不同枳壳品种的快速鉴定,为中药材的进一步研究提供技术支持。
