This makes the adulterated fuel to pose a very serious danger to the consumers. This research project developed an IoT-based fuel adulteration detection system using a weight sensor-based technique. The IoT-based system helps to notify and give information about the fuel adulteration to the user immediately on a registered website called thingspeak. The average detection accuracy and response time of the system are 96.37% and 1.34 seconds respectively.
