Abstract

Because young trees are very sensitive to the climatic conditions, special attention must be paid to the environmental temperature. The aim of this study is to emphasize the effect of the low temperature on the spruce young trees within the particular case of Isuica plantation, and the protective effect of solid barriers against frost action upon these trees.
