In addition, the software GEOMAGIC STUDIO was used to extract the tree measuring factors accurately. By comparison of the error analysis concerning scanning value and measuring value, the results have met the precision requirement of forest investigation factor, providing as the data support for certain area in measurement of 3D green biomass and its model establishment. Abstract
