Abstract

Objective: The present work was done to find out various bioactive compounds present in the chloroform extract of Lycoperdon pyriforme using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 番茄operdon sp . (apioperdon)氯仿提取物的生物活性成分分析
目的:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对梨形番茄氯仿提取物中所含的多种生物活性成分进行研究。方法:收集梨形螨,清洗去污物,60℃烘箱干燥。然后将样品粉碎,并用氯仿在索氏装置中提取。采用qp2010 - s - shimadzu气相色谱-质谱仪分析氯仿提取物的化学成分。结果:三氯甲烷提取液中含有33种化合物,以1-十四醇(11.17%)和e -15-十七烯醛(11.08%)为主要成分,1-十四醇(0.16%)、二氯乙酸和癸酯(0.15%)含量最少。结论:研究结果表明番茄属植物中存在多种化合物,为番茄属植物中各种生物活性物质的研究及在药理学领域的进一步应用提供了依据。
