Previouslyshe was erroneously diagnosed as intestinal tuberculosis. The patient did not respond to antitubercular drugs. She alsogot prednisolone and mesalamine as the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. Now she is diagnosed as a case ofAIDS-stage 3. Abstract
