The population in this study were all BMKG employees in West Sumatera with a total sample of 103 respondents. The results showed transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract
