Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch. The study used a quantitative approach based on primary data (through a questionnaire) with a total sample of 42 employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch with saturation sampling technique. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation test. Abstract

本研究旨在确定PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho分行员工感恩与工作投入的关系。本研究采用定量方法，基于原始数据(通过问卷调查)，共抽样PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho分行42名员工，采用饱和抽样技术。数据分析采用Pearson相关检验。结果显示，从相关值r 0.762来看，感恩与工作投入各变量之间呈正向强的关系，感恩与员工工作依恋之间存在显著的关系，显著值p 0.00 < 0.01，员工感恩程度越高，工作投入程度越高。关键词:感恩，工作投入，员工
