With the help of SPSS version 23, the study's assumptions were put to the test utilising multiple regression statistical methods. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the Economic Development (ED) of Delta State Civil Service Commission, and Gender Negotiation (NG) (0.001–0.005); there is also a significant positive relationship between Economic Development (ED) and collective bargaining (CB) (0.000–0.05); The p-value (0.0030.05) with Economic Development of Delta State Civil Service Commission shows that there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication (IC) and Economic Development (ED) of Delta State Civil Service Commission (0.0170.05); According to the study's findings, organizational conflict significantly and favourably impacted the economic development of  Delta State Civil Service Commission in Delta State, Nigeria.
