Abstract
Pyogenic sacroiliitis in children is a relatively rare condition that presents a diagnostic challenge for clinicians. Early diagnosis on the basis of clinical and laboratory findings plays a crucial role for successful treatment. We report two children diagnosed with pyogenic sacroiliitis who were successfully treated with prompt antibiotics without sequelae.
