It also identifies the relationshipbetween the increasing trends in the usageofelectronicbankingandacustomerparadigmshiftfromtraditionalcashandpaper-based chequepaymentsystemsandevaluatesvariouschallengesandopportunitiesintheimplementation ofdigitalization.Thisresearchwascarriedoutusingmultiplemethodologies.
