The digital cinema ecosystem, emerging since 2009, consists of relatively cheap digital cameras and smartphones, free professional-grade digital platforms, a worldwide network of film festivals and the transformation of most art-house cinemas into digital screenings. This means that digital cinema made on a laptop can be shown anywhere. Abstract

This article explorescinematic research-creation, or what I call cine-worlding.
