This method has been used successfully for decades. With careful attention to the details of the procedure and with necessary practice and experience on the part of the physician, the salutary effect on the appearance of the legs, both to the physician and the patient, will be obvious. Abstract
Sclerosing injections (sclerotherapy) remain the best single treatment for telangiectasias and superficial venules of the lower extremities. This method has been used successfully for decades.
