Materi buku saku merupakan hasil identifikasi jamur patogen pada cabai merah berpenyakit di dataran rendah Kelurahan Padang Serai Kota Bengkulu dan Desa Pekik Nyaring Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall (1989), namun hanya sampai tahap keempat, yaitu 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, dilakukan dengan identifikasi jamur patogen dan wawancara guru terkait penggunaan dan kebutuhan bahan ajar materi jamur, 2) perencanaan dan 3) pengembangan buku saku yang dilakukan dengan penyusunan berdasarkan hasil identifikasi jamur patogen pada cabai merah, serta 4) pengujian lapangan awal, dilakukan melalui uji validasi untuk melihat kelayakan dan uji respon siswa untuk mengetahui kepraktisan buku saku. Hasil uji validasi dan uji respon siswa dianalisis dengan persentase. Berdasarkan identifikasi jamur patogen pada cabai merah diperoleh 4 jenis, yaitu Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Colletotrichum sp., dan Cercospora sp. Hasil identifikasi dimuat sebagai materi buku saku dengan penilaian layak berdasarkan validasi ahli media sebesar 92,8%, ahli materi 98,9% dan guru biologi 92,5%. Selain layak, buku saku juga praktis melalui penilaian respon siswa terhadap keterbacaan buku saku dengan persentase sebesar 85,13%. The research was carried out for the development of a feasible and practical fungi material pocket book for class X that can be used in learning. The pocket book material was the result of identification of pathogenic fungi on diseased red chilies in the lowlands of Padang Serai Village, Bengkulu City and Pekik Nyaring Village, Central Bengkulu Regency. This research was carried out using the Borg & Gall (1989) development model, but only reached the fourth stage, namely 1) research and information collection, carried out by identification of pathogenic fungi and teacher interviews related to the use and need for fungi teaching material, 2) planning and 3 ) development, carried out by compiling based on the results of identification of pathogenic fungi on red chilies, and 4) initial field test, carried out through validation test to see the feasibility and student response test to determine the practicality of pocket book. The results of the validation test and student response test were analyzed by percentage. Based on the identification of pathogenic fungi in red chilies, 4 types were obtained, namely Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Colletotrichum sp., and Cercospora sp. The identification results were published as pocket book material with feasible results based on the validation of media experts by 92.8%, material experts 98.9% and biology teachers 92.5%. Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk pengembangan buku saku materi jamur untuk kelas X yang layak dan praktis yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Materi buku saku merupakan hasil identifikasi jamur patogen pada cabai merah berpenyakit di dataran rendah Kelurahan Padang Serai Kota Bengkulu dan Desa Pekik Nyaring Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah.
