Abstract

They had physical deformations and were called phenomena or monsters and were often exhibited as shows in tents or circuses. The life, work and struggles of this artist with a disability, invites us to reflect and formulate commitments to understand disabilities: physical, visual and auditory, intellectual and visceral that present 15% of the world population and generate empathy to be more inclusive with them.
